This is the same group being investigated by the state because of the O'Brien complaint about illegal campaign ads...

They now have to negotiate with him for the sale.

I hope the neighbors are happy. I can recall Council Democrats, especially, Mike Trueworthy criticizing the efforts by the Stewart Administraion for not doing a good enough job of searching for credible developers for the property . Well, how about it Mike, neighbors, etc. Happy now? I'm sure this will be a really great boon for New Britain. Money from property sale? Money from Taxes? Having the developer raze the building , etc.?? Well, what do you have now?
