The windfall?????is just a political ploy in an elrctiom year.It still has to pass the council which will be faced with a tax increase and O'Brien/Sherwood sit back and say "I tried", While his comrads get thrown under the bus. HOW LOW CAN YOU GO O'BRIEN
Another chance for O'Brien to try to grab votes. He's using the board of ed.
Don Stacom is once again showing his idiocy in this article. He continues to try and paint the previous administration as anti education while giving praise to this idiots pandering. Wait til they find out they cannot bond for all that they wish for it will certainly put the city's bond rating close to junk level once again!
