CREC school transportation costs high - Raising Hale

Anonymous said...: I understand that the city has to pay tuition to CREC for each student from New Britain that attends a CREC school and that tuition is more than twice the cost of that same student attending a city school.; July 20, 2013 at 2:45 PM
Anonymous said...: Don't forget, CREC is building a health careers school on Slater Rd. in NB for Grades 6-12 students.

Since the City will receive no PILOT funds from the State for that property, the City should demand tuition waivers for any NB students that attend.; July 21, 2013 at 8:22 AM
