The communist cell that runs New Britain has been the laughing stock of the state for many reasons, not just borrowing money for textbooks that the children will be forced to pay back once they have grown up and are forced to pay the ever skyrocketing taxes needed to fund all their socialist nonsense.
I would like to laugh but it just saddens me to see more government waste....they are always crying for more money but they don't seem to care about wasteful spending or how to manage their money wisely.
