CTPOA Says It's Time To;

Eliminate Mayor O'Brien's  Bad Housing Policies

It's been nearly a year since being attacked by a hostile administration repeatedly calling us "Angry Slumlords" while looking to tax and fine us out of business.
A  group of well respected property owners stood up and fought to protect all New Britain residents from the certain disaster O'Brien's housing ordinances would create.
 Please join us on 9/18/2013. We will provide some light food and refreshments while we network and socialize beginning at 7:00pm.The presentations starts at 7:45pm.
PLEASE feel free to invite any concerned landlord, business owner or friend to this event.  We intend to eliminate these housing policies permanently.

Why not just eliminate Mayor O'Brien by voting him out of office and ending this anti-business nonsense once and for all?

Writer #2...believe it was dismissed because it was a frivolous complaint by Sherwood....

I just spoke to Phil Sherwood and he told me he has notices indicating that they are still being investigated. The state is required to tell him if the complaint has been dismissed because he was the one who filed it.

Also the SEEC website shows it is still pending.

Keep making up lies Sherwood. It's what you do best!

Wow Phil it looks like you still have a crush on Sam Zherka.

Don't I recall reading something about the complaint being dismissed because it had no standing to be brought in the first place since the Elections Enforcement Commission only has authority over candidates and elected officials and the organization involved has nothing whatsoever to do with either?

Phil Sherwood has been seen frequently still skuking around City Hall. Apparently he keeps a close connection to his replacement, new Dep. Chief of Staff, Marroquin.

If you read today's Herald you saw O"Brien's picture on page 1 under which was a quote from O'Lyin's new mouthpiece, Rick Melita. A quick check on Melita shows that he is from 30 Arbor street in Hartford which is the CCAG office and where Sherwood was assitant director under Swan. Apparently, Sherwood is still running O'Lyin's office remotely with his replacement and now the new campaign manager, Melita.

Now there's a resume builder any Democrat should be extremely proud of.

How many of Donovan's aids are headed to prison for corruption so far?
