Russia says it will push Syria to relinquish control of chemical weapons
If Russia is sincere with their pushing Syria to turn over all the chemical weapons over to the UN inspectors and prevent an attack by the USA.

Obama's TV announcement for reason to attack Syria has become moot since Putin's announcement to push for Syria to turn over all chemicals of mass destruction to the UN Inspectors.
