Good luck with any investigations considering his mother was a member of the Elections Enforcement Commission.

since the theft of a public document is a class D felony, have the police been contacted for an investigation?

Ha! Gotcha!

Why is there no police investigation into a possible felony? When Tim Stewart was mayor, Sherwood called the police every time the mayor farted, but now city hall can do whatever they want and the law be damned.

If the New Britain Police are unwilling to investigate alleged criminal activity in city hall or just don't have the cojones to do their job because the possible suspects are all politically connected, then why not call in the state police or even the FBI to do their job for them? The last I checked political corruption was still a federal crime too.
