Adam makes nice statements using talking points, but can anyone name one original idea or one proposal he ever made after 14 years on the council? When is the last time he even spoke at a council meeting?

All I recall him ever doing for 14 years is rubber stamping virtually every Democrat proposal--usually involving spending more of your money!
