You can thank Democrats for destroying the best health care system in the world as you prepare to hear hundreds of stories about people dying at the hands of government bureaucrats who refuse their treatments simply because the government has deemed your life not worth the cost of saving.

These communists can't pay for an operation to save this little girl's life but we are mandating that everyone can get a sex change for totally free.
