Anonymous said...: The TV news reported last night that no other team can legally locate to New Britain because under the franchise rules for the league, the Rock Cats own all rights to any location within so many miles of Hartford and no team will ever be allowed to locate in New Britain because the Rock Cats own the rights to this region for as long as they stay in Hartford.
