I guess the people of Hartford aren't happy with the massive tax increase that will be necessary just to pay the $3 million a year interest on this loan, never mind how to pay for all the unionized city employees that will be required to run the facility.
Hasn't Hartford learned their lesson yet after running the civic center into the ground? The city ran it until it was so bankrupt that the state had to take it over and replace all the overpaid city union employees with non-union contractors.
