The "Fair Housing Law" in Connecticut is the most misunderstood law impacting rental property owners. Its scope and coverage is far-reaching with many landlords being "Simply Clueless" about tenant rights and this law. Some Fair Housing Questions; How many children are allowed to live in a one-bedroom apartment? What is the difference between a Companion Pet and Service Animal regarding your "No Pet Policy"?
