Rowland argues charges are unconstitutional, false

I agree with Rowland.

The reporting responsibility is on the candidate and not the person she pays for anything--ever. If you follow the government's logic, the printer who was hired to print campaign flyers could be thrown in jail because the candidate failed to report the payments to the printing company, however, the people who receive the payments never have a responsibility to report anything ever, all reporting is the responsibility of the candidate and the candidate's treasurer, so how can Rowland be prosecuted for not doing something he is not required to do?

John Rowland's only crime seems to be simply being John Rowland under a radical communist regime that refuses to enforce laws they don't like or agree with while twisting and bending laws that don't even apply simply to punish people who don't agree with their vision for a communist dictatorship in America.

No , John who I do like, screwed up. He asked to be paid via another entity and NOT the campaign funds. Thus he is commiting fraud.
