Lets start right here in Ct, and chop government to the bone.
You could start by getting rid of all those people in made up or even no show jobs collecting a state salary for doing little more than maybe showing up once in a while and drinking coffee and eating doughnuts.
For some reason the state job O'Brien received 5 days before he ever even filled out a job application comes to mind.
Did DeFronzo ever come knocking on your door and ask you to take a state job you never even applied for?
