The real tribute to Obama's legacy is their plans to put the library in South Chicago where there are at least 100 gun murders a week on the streets. In a city where no one can ever legally own a gun, the true legacy will be your unlikeliness to survive a visit to the most dangerous neighborhood in America without getting gunned down on the streets by a 12 year old with an Uzi--a real tribute to the total failure of the Marxist policies of Obama and his fellow America hating Democrats.
