Alderman Daniel Salerno doesn’t understand The Southington Water problem at all: The Contamination arises from the two dumps called “the old Southington landfill and the Solvents recovery of New England indicating a super fund cleanup was needed for these two sites.
That is why I indicated to our Mayor to not sell the Patton Brook Well but to raise the annual rental rate to this town “AS HIGH YOU FEEL APPROPIATE.”
