Are adds to be truthful?

In a recent WDRC program TOM Foley has indicated that he would use layoffs of state employees with his projected 1.4 billion dollars deficit projection in next year’s budget. Of course Gov. Malloy’s adds are portraying Foley’s factory layoff’s when in reality these layoffs occurred subsequent to his selling the company. Are adds to be truthful? fs
