This
commission recommends that Mayor Pro Tem Suzanne Bielinski be fined $2,500 and
removed from office.
This Media
coverage also indicated the voting occurred in Executive Session by the
Commission membership therefore, this vote never was made in a public forum
that I would deem as being illegal.
Suzanne will continue to serve our city, at least, until the next election cycle.

Won't they just vote to ignore the report like the one about Catanzaro who by the charter was supposed to be removed from office and never again hold the office of Alderman?

This article is incorrect because the vote was taken in public and not in executive session. Storace was there as were the NB City Jpournal, attorneys, City Attorney Skelly, etc. There was no impropriety in the voving. Nobody except Skelly went into the executive session.
