The people that voted in this survey were all in a mental institution! Who in the right mind would want to live in a City with groups or crack heads, thieves, drunks, and welfare addicted people in every corner!

....not sure if you are describing East Hartford or New Britain. The mayor of East Hartford did brag that 2/3 of her population is on welfare and the average income in her thriving town is a whopping $25,000 a year.
