EDITORIAL:
The city’s
audit gave our Mayor a reason to attack the former mayor, Tim O’Brien, claiming
that he left the city in grave financial danger which gave the opportunity for
the former mayor or his ghost writer to attack her father’s administration.
These
attacks doesn’t help New Britain especially when our citizenry voted to have
our so called elected officials to find the needed proposals and or solutions
of resolve.

Since when does the truth matter to democrats?
Oh come on, you have McNamara and Obrien saying the budgets were balanced when my 5th grader could have pointed out the phantom revenue numbers.
On top of that, many on today's common council voted in favor of the Obrien budgets. Those that supported these BS budgets should resign. They're truly useless.
Erin's been doing a great job and I hope she runs for reelection.
I remember a council member saying that she can't even balance her personal checkbook, so how can anyone expect her to understand a budget.
Do not forget the reason why Erin Stewart's father refused to run for Mayor again. I know the reason he is the person behind building a New Police Department, that is the place where all that money went specially with all the additional projects and over runs. Additionally, some of the Prior Mayor's have been balancing budgets on imaginary numbers and sales of properties that never materialize including and not limited to Mr. Stewart.

Frank, how about both Stewart’s friend, Sammy Zherka, attacking my City Hall and O’Brien over a much need fee that would have lessened any ‘financial danger’ for the city while improving the safety of New Britain tenants!
Everyone backed Zherka while he protested O’Brien’s fee, all while he was charging his strippers at his jiggle joints a “house fee”. Thank God and the FBI this hypocrite with his dirty money won’t be around for this next election.
