Bozek was rejected by the voters does he need to face the same fate again?

NEW BRITAIN - In a letter dated 09/16.08 Tuesday, three-term Democratic Common Council member Silvia Cruz announced her resignation from the council to Majority Leader Michael Trueworthy and to Town and City Clerk Peter Denuzze.
The Question?
Who will Chairman John McNamara DTC nominate (She or He) as Silvia Cruz replacement on Common Council and Chairman of Planning, Zoning and Housing Subcommittee?
Bozek is back but he should have lost his way to get here.

I understand how a Berliner can run for Senate district #6 because the district includes Berlin, but how can McNamara appoint a Berliner to the New Britain council?
FYI: Bozek owns property in Berlin, but lives in the same house in the West End of New Britain. Also, he beat Donald DiFronzo in Farmington and Berlin.

Today a mail came to my house with Mr. Bozek's name on it, with a ph# 860-832-8793 and a website www,bozek4senate.com.
Calling the # reveled no answer and & Google search came out as no such info is available. It did not even have his party's name (democrat??).
Not a very good reflection???
