One Person Shot at a garage on Allen St. in New Britain
Shop owner’s bother in law was shot by one of the three masked men who demanded money.
The individual who was shot is expected to make full recovery.
This occurred shortly after ten AM and the police are asking for anyone with information about this incident to please call the detective bureau at 826-3065

Interesting that you have had a story of this magnitude posted since early this afternoon, but there is nothing on the New Britain Herald site several hours after you posted this. I checked to see what additional info they might have, and nothing yet. I guess you are the place to check for up to the minute news affecting New Britain! Even the New Haven paper has it on their site. I guess the Herald doesn't care about local news anymore? Must be what happens when you are bought out by out of town interests. Keep up the good work!
