Republican Governor M. Jodi Rell currently has a 65% approval rating--believed to be the highest for any Governor in America at the current time.
New york Democratic Governor David Patterson has a 21% approval Rating--believed to be among the lowest in the nation.
Massachusetts Governor Duval Patrick has a 34% approval rating.
We should be proud that our Governor has almost twice the approval rating of our neighbor to the North and more than three times the approval rating of our Western neighbor, but she can see this approval rating plummet almost overnight by joining the liberal Democrats that have hijacked our legislature and agreeing to increase spending on social programs and increasing taxes--especially those on business.
The solution to the problems is to cut taxes and reduce the size of our bloated state government which will in turn make Connecticut a business friendly state, and will provide economic growth which in turn generates job creation.
The legislature's plan will forever hinder any business or economic growth in this state and should be resisted at all cost.

Maybe she should talk to Schwarzenegger. He found $24 billion in cuts without raising a dime in taxes!
She could also pay attention to today's Rasmussen poll.
65% of all Americans want less services from the government and much smaller taxes as a result of cutting services!
