Mr. Blumenthal is at it again

From these facts, one only can conclude Nazi propaganda minister Josef Goebbels, Soviet dictator Josef Stalin and Mr. Blumenthal are on the same page where freedom of speech is concerned.

They forgot to add Obama to this list of dictators who silence their opposition. Through his Health Czar, Kathleen Sabilius, Obama issued a gag order against Health Insurance companies telling the truth about his plan to seize control of our health care. Anyone who continued to tell their members the truth was threatened with prosecution by the justice department for simply sending their members a letter expressing their concerns for how Obama plans to destroy their health care.

Nazi Germany and communist Russia had nothing on Obama, or apparently Blumenthal for that matter.

Maybe it is time for Glenn Beck to do another story about Mr. Blumenthal and his Nazi tactics.

Maybe Mr. Blumenthal would do well to actually read the U.S. Constitution, specifically Amendment One, the part about freedom of speech?

Or is he protecting another "rule of thumb."

School is open Mr. Blumenthal:

"The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment prohibits the Congress from making laws "respecting an establishment of religion", prohibiting the free exercise of religion, infringing on the freedom of speech and infringing on the freedom of the press. In the 20th century the Supreme Court held that the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment applies the First Amendment to each state, including any local government.(Wikipedia: definition of the first amendment)"

Just maybe it would be a rule of thumb that if you silence someone on behalf of the State of Connecticut, you might be infringing on their freedom of speech as prohibited by the 1st and 14th amendments?

ooooh, Frank, Dick Blumenthal is going to have to silence you too!

How dare you criticize him!

He somehow just thinks this is going to make a name for himself to run against Jodi Rell, as if he would have a snowball's chance in heck against one of the country's most popular governors.

Blumenthal looked like a horse's rear end the last time he was on Glenn Beck's show, and Blumethal looked so ridiculous, that Beck reran the segment all week long. I hope this gives Glenn another reason to do a story on our attorney general showing him as the ruler of thumb!
