Former Candidate said...: Here we go again, two more years of the same. I still don't understand what the voters were thinking. Do residents really want progress or is it that deep down inside they enjoy this political spectacle? I am beginning to wonder if some residents view Council meetings with the same perverse pleasure they get from a reality show?

It is clear that Trueworthy, Sherwood and Catanzaro just don't get it. But the truly saddest part is that the remaining Democrats have either allowed themselves to be bullied into submission or they are so simply void of personal leadership that they sit there and tow the party line each time they are told to do so. It would be nice to see those Democrats; particularly the women take over this boys club. We're all tired of the sword fights.

Anonymous said...: The Democratic ladies on the Council say nothing unless Sherwood ascripts it for them; then, they read the script and sit down. Sad, but it is what it is. In a sense, are Centeno, Platosz and any different? If Platosa can find it on the internet he'll say something otherwise he is just pathetic.
