Sure screw New Britain. Now there's a new one. Cut a highway through the City. Then don't build a portion of it for years (Highway to nowhere). Kill its downtown. Now purchase key downtown property, keep it vacant for 12 years now scrap the project? And why? For Bristol to BEGIN a 20 year PLAN for maybe a rail line?

Not in our lifetime.

Where do they come up with such a stupid statement for which there have been NO STUDIES AND NO PLANS OF ANY KIND?
