Anyone against this clean and lien policy should be ashamed of themselves. In like manner, I hope Ken Malinowski will make every effort to keep the properties owned by CCND clean and free from blight too. This was always a big issue in past years.

If the City and CCND doesn't keep their own properties clean and free from blight, what example does that send to other property owners or doesn’t anyone care about city owned properties that are blighted?
