Anonymous said...: How about eliminating the salary paid the Common Council members? They do not work any harder than the BOE members who get nothing. Let's see. That would be 15 aldermen X $3,500 annually, totaling $42,500. Am I right? This could pay a low level employee with benefits!

This is bad math! 49000 plus 4500 does not equal, 94000. Try again.

Also; Trueworthy gets an additional $1000/yr., a gift from fellow Council Dems that elected him Mayor Pro Tem.

You'll never hear any Council Dems (especially Dave DeFronzo) complain about this; don't forget it involves Democrats. Also DeFronzo is Hermanowski's son.in.law and Catanzaro is Hermanowski's future son.in.law.
