THE COUNCIL DEMOCRATS NEED FOR FURTHER INFORMATION FROM COSTCO.
Even after all the membership were given a complete eye ball presentation by the Costco engineers and legal representatives--- the Council Democrats are demanding more information when in fact they are only requesting a zone change.
This is just a delay tactic by the Democrats in order to prevent businesses from coming to New Britain. Just like the way they got Wal-Mart to leave our City.
Recent information has been brought to my attention that the Town of Newington is trying to get Costco to come to their town instead.

I said before this company is crazy for trying to come to such an anti-business socialist city when so many area towns would roll out the red carpet for such a new business to locate there.
On Channel 96 The Nutmeg TV's The One and Only the Larry Hermanowski pitch, with his talking political puppet voice manipulated by Mike Trueworthy, vocally stated ..."We don't know if it is Costco Plan A, B or C or if it has gotten to Z yet" ?

Larry why are the people in Poland happy? Because, the first American Black Hawk helicopters have been assembled in factory located in Mielec, Poland, that has 2,000 people working there — a 30 percent increase in employment over last year.
Yes Larry, the Black Hawk Helicopter is made by Sikorsky — you know, UTC here in Connecticut. We know they own a former Polish fighter jet plant there as well, and make parts for the jet engines in Poland that are assembled here in Connecticut.

This is the same childish tactic used by Council Dems whenever they want to destroy any positive proposal that comes forth under the Stewart administration, namely, delay, delay, delay until the developer goes elsewhere. They did the same thing with the Aquinas proposal by having a secret meeting at an undisclosed location with undisclosed participants; the meeting was arranged by Alderwoman Collins supposedly, because there were neighbors that had more questions. Who were the neighbors? What were the questions they had? Deceitful to say the least !
Now, they want to see plans that don't exist!
