The best way to reform schools would be to allow school vouchers so that parents of poor children can get their children out of the inferior public schools and send them to better private schools where teachers actually care about doing their jobs if for no other reason than they are non-union.

Unions have destroyed our public schools.

John & Bobby Kennedy apparently knew what they were doing when they put union leaders in federal prison where they belonged!
