What a ridiculous waste of our money!
It's that free money that falls from the sky like pixy dust, so it doesn't cost us a dime!
Sounds like something that Dumb and Dumber (Sherwood and his puppet O'Brien) would dream up!
There's a real challenge: which one is dumb and which one is dumber?
This brings to mind the 100 thousand dollar eyesore the Lib Dems stuck in front of the high school at a time when the teachers were struggling to get basic classroom supplies.
