It is a difficult problem since the police are somewhat powerless to do anything to punish people who simply refuse to comply with any laws. We have a liberal court system that amounts to the state being in a virtual lawlessness.

17 years old roaming the streets after tenat night and more than a mile from his neighbothood and crossing the street in the middle of the street cannot blame the city for this triffic accident,

How many time have you been challagenced by a teenager crossing the street and wgo says with his/her eyes "I dare you".

Frank the kid was crossing the street with two friends and slowed down as the car approached. He is just as responsible for the accidient as the driver is! Speed bumps are illegal and would cause more liability for the city than a stop sign would. Seeing as how NB is the stop sign capital of the state just put another one there to appease the family. I'm sure that's all this administration is trying to do!

Why hasn't there been any reports on the fatal accident involving our New Britain Democratic Councilman? Very little information was made public when it happened, and now it seems as if it never even occurred.

sounds like a coverup by the one sided left wing media?
