Nick, do you think any business would feel welcome to move here and create jobs with the most anti-business administration city hall has ever seen?

If you're a typical Democrat that simply ignores your tax bills, then who cares how high they are since you never intend to pay them anyway?

At the current time? No I don't. That, in part, is my point. If this administration really wants to create tax relief then they need to seriously rethink their plans for economic development. They need to develop a vision that involves creating a climate that will foster private investment, not drive it away.

But more importantly, they need to stop lying to the average citizen about what a lower revaluation means and making unrealistic promises.

You are dreaming if you think that Democrats are going to do anything that encourages development by those same rich people that they love to demonize. To liberals anyone who makes money is considered the enemy who must be destroyed at all cost. The only people who are welcome in a socialist fantasy land are the people who contribute nothing and spend their lives bleeding the people who do actually work and pay taxes. If you actually own property, then you are the devil himself.
