Obamacare as a failure will soon become known to us all. In 2014 people with aids and cancer will become too costly to care for and will be left to die without any care whatsoever. Could it be the surjection of the Death panel we all heard about in the news?
Obamacare as a failure will soon become known to us all. In 2014 people with aids and cancer will become too costly to care for and will be left to die without any care whatsoever. Could it be the surjection of the Death panel we all heard about in the news?
The president has cited that Obamacare is in fact law of the land.
Must we remind the president,
that the seventeenth amendment was also the law of the land, and it was so
disliked by our citizens that they had the 21rst amendment to repealed the
17th?
So, Mr. President, we the people can repeal your forced care onto"we the
people "with an amendment to our Constitution.

On March 6, 1857, in the case of Dredd Scott V. Sandford, the U.S. Supreme Court held that African Americans, whether slave or free, could not be American citizens and therefore had no standing to sue in federal court.
The Court also presented a parade of horribles argument, based on the Privileges and Immunities Clause of Article IV, listing what the Court considered to be the inevitable and undesirable effects of granting Scott's petition:
It would give to persons of the negro race, ...the right to enter every other State whenever they pleased, ...to sojourn there as long as they pleased, to go where they pleased ...the full liberty of speech in public and in private upon all subjects upon which its own citizens might speak; to hold public meetings upon political affairs, and to keep and carry arms wherever they went.
If the communist health care being forced down all of our throats is the law of the land and can never be changed just because the Supreme Court says it is Constitutional as Democrats keep proclaiming, then blacks may never ever legally be United States citizens because on March 6 1857 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that they can't and according to Democrats, once the Supreme Court determines the law of the land, then it may never ever be changed. If the Democrats' claims about the "law of the land" being final is true, then apparently there are no "members of the negro race" and never will be that are United States citizens because the Supreme Court ruled they can not ever be--period.
