SAM ZHERKA, CONTROVERSIAL PUBLISHER, REMAINS IN JAIL
WHITE PLAINS – Controversial strip club owner and newspaper publisher Selim "Sam" Zherka will remain in jail while he awaits trial on fraud charges lodged against him by a federal grand jury last month.
