The endorsement by thge Democrats of Luisa Leal for BOE is troubling for the following reason: the last time an opening existed on the BOE, Luisa, was thrown under the bus by the Dems. The Dems told her that they would have recommended her but that she had indicated she could not spare the time. Some Republicans threw their support to Luisa but when she tried to reinstate herself they told her they had already chosen someone else - she was "a day late and a dollar short." The person the Ds chose turned out to be a nothing. Yes, Luisa always supported Dr. Kurtz but she was also articulate and reasonable about it, not a sycophant like Kochol and Wolski. I am sorry that Luisa has succumbed to this usury by the Dems. Luisa deserves better, but then, it's her choice.
And Eva Magnuszewski? She has to have her comments scripted for her by one of her cohorts. God forbid anybody ever asks her a question about something she says. She's worse than Adam "I can get it cheaper on the Internet" Platosz.
