SOUNDS LIKE HE IS DESCRIBING THE NEW BRITAIN CITY COUNCIL UNDER THE CURRENT SOCIALIST REGIME!
On the question of reducing the number of state representatives, as suggested in the state's newest doorstop (its 542-page strategic-development plan): Whether it takes 151 people or 75 or some other number, the results still will be waste, fraud, incompetence and corruption without a significant upgrade in the quality, honesty and ethics of the people who serve. And those standards are enforceable not by legislative initiative or executive order, but by voters.
Obama is making this country the laughing stock of the world, being led by a communist dictator into socialism that the rest of the world is currently rejecting because it failed everywhere it was ever tried.
